The hook is made from high-grade 17-4 PH Stainless Steel. It has two positions: Open and Closed (safety position). The locking mechanism for the hook is designed around Safety First! You can drop it, tap the release button, bang it on the ground, walk over it, and even bump into it and it still won't open.

The Head Unit is machined from the same material as the shaft, 6061-T6 Aluminum with an Anodized Coating!

The Safety Socket captures the folded hook in its close position. The hook sinks into the safety socket protecting its users from the precision machine tip!

The button is made from Nylon Glass Injection Molding. The button requires ample downward force to release the hook. Protects against drops, collisions, subtle tapping, and more.

The Shaft is made from premium-grade 6061-T6 Aluminum with an Anodized Coating allowing for multiple colors.

The aluminum shaft starts from the bottom rubber end-cap to the head unit. All parts of the gaff are formed up and around the shaft to provide streamline assembly, durability, and a consistent focus on safety first!
